We all know how busy life gets and how we all are guilty of neglecting ourselves during multi-tasking. I am a great believer and celebrant of self-love. If you feel good about yourself, you can do just anything in the world.  So just drop down everything and let’s learn to celebrate yourself.
Now that we are experiencing drastic weather changes, it’s the best time to talk about skin care routine to follow. Let me tell you, the best thing you can do for your skin is follow a morning ritual.
How many of us complain about the early morning puffy eyes, dull skin, breakouts and sometimes blackheads? Well, these are all the accumulated results of not having a routine for your skin. Yes, it’s that important. Like us, our skin too needs a routine to feel healthy and in a good place.
Today, I will share with you some of the best ways to keep your skin healthy, moisturised & nourished regardless of what season it is!
1.      Wash Your Face: The very first thing when you wake up in the morning, wash your face with a mild face wash! This will take off all the dirt that surfaced in to your skin while you were asleep. Always make sure you use facial tissue to gently tap dry your skin.
2.      Under Eye Soothing Cream: Always give your eyes a treat the first thing in the morning to avoid swollen, puffy eyes. I personally recommend, Vitamin E body shop eye roll on. It’s not too strong and gives an immediate cooling, soothing effect. I have seen some instant results with this, but you have to continue using it daily!
3.      Moisturise: Use a moisturising & brightening cream mixed with argan oil, especially in cooler weather. This will work wonders on your skin. It leaves your skin looking brighter & gives a natural early morning glow. My recommendation is to use olay with maple holistic Argan oil and dang you feel as fresh as a rose!
4.      Tone & Tonic: Always, always make sure you tone up your skin in the morning & before going to bed. It helps to shrink your pores and maintain the correct ph balance for a healthy skin. Along with that I also use Rosewater Facial tonic from Forestessentials. It will leave your skin revitalized even when you're on the go.
