1. Chilled
Water Love: Ok, this is my number one go-to remedy to deal with morning puffiness. Take a bowl full of cold water and add some ice cubes. Now all you must
do is, place your face in this chilling water for few seconds. Repeat this a few
times. This will magically and instantly reduce face swelling! Try this
savior.
2. Cold
Compress: Second option to the above would be to apply a cold compress
on the area of inflammation for about 20 minutes, take a break and apply again
for another 20 mins. This is another quick method to fix the puffy face and save your day.
3. Lemon
Water: Water retention is a real thing! Lack of water intake is the worst
thing you can do for your body and well-being. To make face swelling a thing
of past, just squeeze some lemon in your water bottle and sip it through out the
day. Being a diuretic and extremely rich in antioxidants,
lemon water is known for reducing swelling and puffiness.
4. Work-out:
Stay active throughout the day and work it out ladies. There is no short-cut to this An active lifestyle helps blood circulation in the body and keeps swelling at bay.
