Dry brushing is something that I'm keen to try, does it hurt at all?
ReplyDeleteOh no it doesn't ...just brush gently with soft bristles :)
DeleteI need to drink more water so will try the warm water and lemon. When you say warm, are we talking about room temp or actually heating up the water?
ReplyDeleteIt works great when you slightly heat up! :)
DeleteI drink lemon water some mornings, but never warm, so I may have to try that. I still need to dry brush, I heard that was really good. Usually my morning routine is getting up and get going to beat the traffic to the office.

I've never thought of dry brushing in the morning. I've done it in the evenings after a workout and before a shower, but I bet that would be very refreshing and feel good to do in the morning!! I need to remember to try it tomorrow :) I also want to start back up with my lemon honey water!! I did this everyday for awhile and sadly fell out of that habit as well. Thanks for these great reminders!!
ReplyDeleteI will have to look into this dry brushing stuff! I'm familiar with the rest... although implementing is another story.
ReplyDeleteWonderful tips, I was drinking warm lemon water first thing in the morning for a while there. It's a great way to start the day.
ReplyDeleteI love lemon water and yoga! Great ways to relax :)

I want to try the brushing xxx
ReplyDeleteI'm all about the lemon water! I've been drinking it cold for years, and only recently found out how great it is for the body especially if it's heated up! I work crazy early in the morning, so AM workouts are a definite no-go for me...that's why I try to squeeze them in on weekend mornings instead! Dry brushing also sounds great. I love that all of these "detox rituals" put you in the right mindset first thing in the morning so you can continue to pursue healthy habits for the rest of the day.
ReplyDeleteI really need to do better about remembering lemon water! I always notice a difference when I drink it!
