Step– 1: Start your day 1 hour early with a glass of warm water and work out for 45 minutes. There is nothing more boosting then a morning adrenaline pump. It will give you enough buzz to take initiatives and put your thoughts together for the day.
Step - 2: Put an hourly timer to consume a glass of water. Drink 7-8 glasses of water daily and start having 5 small portions of meal. This will keep you hydrated without any hunger pangs that encourage binge eating. In the evening satiate your thirst with carrot and beetroot juice with a hint of lemon in it. Not only will your skin glow but it will also improve your metabolism and prevent those lethargic moments in the day.
Step - 3: Plan, Schedule & Organise: Stress is the biggest enemy of our busy lifestyle. It is a proven fact that stress affects our health and happiness. Learn to decompress it by planning each day and managing your time schedule. Start from as small as organizing your desk and closet. It’s a small exercise that has big results, suddenly you will start feeling free of the clutter in your life.
Step - 4: Meditate before going to bed. Often when we retire in bed, our mind refuses to relax. How many times have you felt restless and fuzzy in bed trying to sleep? Practicing meditation before bedtime for few minutes has profound effects on your mind, body and soul. It will enable your mind and body to relax and will restore peace and calmness in your life.
